What is Barre?
Barre is an amazing full body workout
performed to upbeat music!
Incorporating Ballet, Pilates & Yoga, and can include using hand weights and small Pilates balls. It provides a cardio and strength based workout that tones the whole body and helps build core strength. Sequences use small staccato actions that trigger hard to work muscles.
It's guaranteed to define your physique, sculpt and tone your whole body whilst you are having fun!
Who is it suitable for?
Anyone! you take the class at your own pace, no previous experience is needed.
