September Yoga class

I'm excited to launch September Yoga classes. It's time to get back into your Yoga routine and start your week off the right way. Morning routines are so important and getting your Yoga Practice in at the start of the day and week really does set the tone for the rest of the week ahead.

My classes encourage mindfulness and honouring your body which makes the class suitable for seniors. Beginners and anyone inbetween who prefers a slower paced class with options to suit your level.
