Service Description

This 8 week course will support positive wellbeing and healthy aging both physically and mentally. Helping to Improve range of mobility, flexibility, strength and balance. Including Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (Yoga postures), Core and back strength exercises, balance, hips and hamstring stretches, ending with Savasana (relaxation). Options for varying abilities given. Beginners welcome of any age and suitable for those over 50. Please note no Yoga classes on Bank Holidays First session 17th April - last session 26th June
