Service Description

This class will support positive wellbeing and healthy aging both physically and mentally. Helping to Improve range of mobility, flexibility, strength and balance. Including Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (Yoga postures), Core and back strength exercises, balance, hips and hamstring stretches, ending with Savasana (relaxation). Options for varying abilities given. Beginners welcome, and those over 50. If session is fully booked please contact me on to be added to the wait list if a space becomes available
